Beschreibung: Einige Jahre nach den Geschehnissen von Fallout 3 findet euer Charakter sich nun vergraben unter Wüstensand wieder. Als Kurier solltet ihr etwas für jemanden austragen. Nachdem ein Roboter euren Körper birgt, bringt er ihn zu Doc Mitchell, der euch wieder zusammenflickt. Nun liegt es an euch, herauszufinden, was ihr hättet austragen sollen und was mit euch passiert ist.
